North Carolina's Longest-Running Dulcimer Festival - Now in its 26th year!


Some new “twists” on our Registration process for this year:

You can choose to register for just a half day (afternoon electives only) if you wish.  This is because there are some special elective classes being offered this year that do not correspond to any morning ‘core skill level’ class.  Some folks might wish to attend the festival just for these special topics (bowed dulcimer and bass dulcimer).  The price of half-day attendance is $30 (does not include lunch, which is optional for all registrants).

Most people will probably choose to register for the full day of the Festival (our traditional way).  You can choose from the following options:  All-Day class for Beginners in MD; All-Day class for ‘all levels’ in HD; or Skill Level 2, 3, or 4 in the morning followed by two afternoon electives of your choice.

Then, do one of the following two options:

1. Print out the Registration form (first tab of the spreadsheet); all we need returned to us is the first page.

Fill out the form; then mail it, with your personal check made payable to 'Camel City Strummers', to:

2.  Fill in the form, electronically, and resave.  Then email the completed spreadsheet to:

In either case, you are not considered "registered" until we receive BOTH your form plus your check.

The advantage to your emailing the form electronically is that it is easier for us to process,

plus it saves you from having to print it out and manually write out the information.

Early vs. late registration:

If you register BY April 6 (that is, if we receive your registration form by April 6), 

then the cost for the festival is $55

If you register AFTER April 6 (that is, we receive it on April 7 or later),

then your cost will be $70    

 Note:  Late registrants are not guaranteed a lunch or the classes they want.

Cancellation policy:

If you request a cancellation of your registration by April 30 

then you are entitled to a full refund (including the optional lunch)

Requests received on May 01 or later will be entitled to a 50% refund.
